Sant Francesc cove route:

A route without waste to enjoy the landscape between the sea and Mount. Landscapes of the Costa Brava, with exceptional views of the coast and mountains that surround us. A route that takes us from the center of Blanes itself, going through its most symbolic points, passing through different coves and cliffs facing the sea and ending in Lloret de Mar, where we can continue along many other and different itineraries, all signposted and practicable within different trails and roads.

Ascent to the Castle of Sant Joan:

From there, at an altitude of 173 meters, you can contemplate a view of the city and the region of La Selva and, to the south, on clear days, you can get to see the silhouette of Mount Montjuic in Barcelona.

Fireworks of the Festa Major de Blanes:

The ultimate purpose of the contest is to attract public of all nationalities to Blanes to boost the city for tourism. More than a million people will see the pyrotechnic show this year. Beaches, terraces, walks, sports piers and the mountains of Sant Joan and de la Penya are filled to overflowing (between 120,000 and 150,000 people a day). The large influx of public who enjoy this show turns the contest into one of the specific events with the largest audience in Catalonia, which brings it closer to festivals in other autonomous communities such as San Fermines or Fallas in Valencia.
